The building includes a 4,500-square- foot fitness center, separate yoga studio, sports simulator room, dog run, pet spa, private dining room, multiple lounges, conference room, pool, children’s play- room, and more. Condominium residents will have exclusive use of an elegantly de- signed clubroom and European-inspired rooftop garden. The Sudbury is located in the heart of Boston, a short walk from the Waterfront, Green Way, Boston Common, Charles River Esplanade, North End, and Financial District. “We are very pleased to grow our port- folio of luxury condominiums in Metro Boston with the addition of this manage- ment contract,” said Peter C. Westhaver, Vice President of Barkan. Elevated Companies Offers $10k Deal to Frontline Workers The Elevated Companies, a full service luxury sales and leasing brokerage, has launched a special promotion on the sale of condo units at its new Maverick Street de- velopment, The Two Eight Seven, accord- ing to a report in the East Boston Times- Free Press. The brokerage is offering a $10,000 credit for frontline workers on the purchase of any new unit. The credit can be honored either as a rebate of $10,000 given back to the buyers at closing or as a $10,000 reduc- tion from the purchase price. “We want to try to attract buyers, es- pecially those who are in public service or on the frontlines for healthcare during the pandemic. We wanted to make sure we spotlight those frontline workers, whether they are nurses, doctors, or anyone who is working in either the hospitals or emergen- cy medicine to incentivize them to come check out the building and see if that’s somewhere that they would like to live,” said Managing Partner Dan Duval. Located in East Boston’s Jeffries Point neighborhood, The Two Eight Seven is a boutique collection of 37 luxury residenc- es. Duval said the building offers a variety of layout and sizes suitable for a wide array of homeowners. “East Boston is on the up- swing in terms of pricing, so I think it was just a good idea to try and do something for our frontline workers that have given a lot to the community over the past year with the pandemic,” Duval said. n Please submit Pulse items to Pat Gale at patgale@yrinc.com
