The brokerage is offering a $10,000 credit for frontline workers on the purchase of any new unit. The credit can be honored either as a rebate of $10,000 given back to the buyers at closing or as a $10,000 reduc- tion from the purchase price. “We want to try to attract buyers, es- pecially those who are in public service or on the frontlines for healthcare during the pandemic.
