The New England Condo Expo is Back—in Person! The Must-Attend Event Returns at Last

On Tuesday, November 2, 2021, board trustees, managers, building owners, and condo, HOA, and co-op residents from all over the Boston metro and throughout New England will gather at the Boston Convention Center from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for the return of the in-person New England Condominium Expo. You can be a part of it as well—register for free at ne-expo.com!

Since its launch over a decade ago, the New England Condo Expo has been drawing hundreds of vendors, service providers, and industry professionals, as well as condo, HOA, and co-op residents and administrators from all over the region for a day full of networking, service-shopping, free advice, and information-rich educational seminars—all at no cost to attendees. Our move to the Boston Convention Center enables us to spread out and hold this important event on one contiguous exhibit floor in a safe, accessible facility with wider aisles and more room for exhibitors and guests alike.

The Expo is hosted by Yale Robbins Infomedia, parent company of New England Condominium magazine, and is a golden opportunity for anyone involved—or just interested—in their building’s or association’s day-to-day operations. There they can take advantage of having nearly 200 vendors and service providers, attorneys, management professionals, and a huge array of other condo- and HOA-related resources assembled under one roof. (Did we mention that it’s free to register? Just visit ne-expo.com—it’s that easy.)

1:30 pm -2:30 pm - Room 1: New England Condominium presents There’s One in Every Family—Dealing With Difficult Personalities. Even the most harmonious, tight-knit community will eventually experience interpersonal conflict, whether it be between board members, neighbors, or staff members. Come learn how industry pros deal with ‘difficult’ personalities in a multifamily context while staying positive, productive, and professional, and what resources exist to help resolve conflict without resorting to litigation.

2:30 pm -3:30 pm - Room 2: New England Condominium presents Your Community’s Foundation—Understanding Governing Documents.
