Throughout the pandemic stay-at-home orders, our associates went above and beyond to make sure that trustees like you — and your residents — had the resources they needed to stay safe and well during the pandemic: ► We conducted close to 40 webinars for residents and trustees on technology, wellness, cleaning and more. ► Our lifestyle team partnered with vendors to create exclusive offers for our residents, including fitness on demand, lifelong learning and children’s programming. ► Our managers sent daily communications and updates to trustees, including video messaging . ► Executives conducted daily leadership calls with our management teams. ► Associates attended monthly town halls to stay up to date on best practices and procedures to keep your community safe and to maintain high levels of engagement and connection while staying apart. As we move into the “new normal,” we will continue to evolve how we serve you as needed so that we can deliver exceptional service and make a difference, every day.
