    I’ve know for a while now that our board president owns a roofing company that she had our roofs repaired with (self dealing) ... also our 3 HOA members do not share responsibility, with the financing.., only our president handles the monies, hence the skyline roofing business owner. Is this still “civil” or not ...asking for the attorney I retained. I refuse to retain another condo attorney the last one, was misleading and dishonest.
